Desi Dreams provides AI-powered virtual companion experiences for entertainment and companionship purposes. All characters, personas, and interactions on the Platform are entirely fictional and AI-generated. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental.
4. User Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@desidreams.fun of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Service.
5. Payments & Subscriptions
Payments on Desi Dreams are processed securely through Razorpay. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method. Subscription plans auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes.
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
All purchases on Desi Dreams are for digital content and services. Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Token purchases are non-refundable once credited to your account. In case of technical errors or failed transactions where money was debited but service was not provided, please contact support@desidreams.fun within 7 days for resolution.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Platform to: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) impersonate any person or entity; (c) transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (e) use automated tools to access the Platform without our consent; (f) resell or redistribute our services without written permission.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on Desi Dreams including but not limited to AI models, characters, text, graphics, logos, images, and software is the property of Desi Dreams and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
9. Privacy
Your use of Desi Dreams is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data practices.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Desi Dreams shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
